Mr. Rocco graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in May 1986 and was granted admission to the California State Bar and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California in December 1986. His work ethic and knowledge of the law has earned him the respect of his peers, and the accolades of his clients. Mr. Rocco successfully represents his clients with a keen attention to detail, and a genuine capacity to put his clients’ concerns and fears at ease. Mr. Rocco is a member of the Bar Association of Northern San Diego County, is on the North County Lawyer Referral Panel, currently serves as the Vice President for the North County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service, and is a former Co-Chairperson for the Personal Injury Section of the North County Bar Association from 1999 to 2000. He also participated in the American Inns of Court (Barrister I & II, Oliver Wendell Holmes Chapter from 1999 to 2001).

Outside of his successful law practice, Mr. Rocco distinguishes himself as a leader in the community. Mr. Rocco currently serves as the Chair for the City of Carlsbad Beach Preservation Committee. He also serves as the Vice President for the Board of Directors for his Home Owner’s Association (1999 to present), as a Coach for the Carlsbad Wave Soccer League and a volunteer for numerous activities at St. Patrick’s Parish School in Carlsbad.
